Conrad Nelson is a seasoned expert in loss prevention and asset protection, bringing over a decade of experience in safeguarding retail operations and mitigating risks. As the founder of Imperative Dynamics, he offers strategic consulting services to businesses aiming to enhance their security measures and reduce losses.​
Throughout his career, Conrad has held pivotal roles, including Regional Asset Protection Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club and Organized Retail Crime Investigator for The TJX Companies' Marmaxx division. His expertise encompasses developing comprehensive loss prevention programs, conducting in-depth investigations, and implementing effective shrink reduction strategies.​
Certified as both a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) and a Loss Prevention Certified (LPC) professional, Conrad combines technical proficiency with a deep understanding of retail operations. His approach is rooted in proactive risk assessment, employee training, and leveraging technology to prevent and respond to security challenges.​
